I am a Registered Social Worker, ACC Sensitive Claims Therapist, and Professional Supervisor who is passionate about helping people navigate life's challenges with kindness, honesty, and compassion. I believe in building genuine relationships where people feel safe to be themselves, explore what matters most, and move towards the life they want to live.

My supervision provides a reflective, trauma-informed space that supports ethical practice, professional growth, resilience, and confidence when working with individuals, families, and complex systems.
